I work with the following approach , offering a series of half day and 2 hour on line workshops, in house or as open programmes.

  • Recharge - how to recharge

  • Reframe - seeing in a new way

I have developed this approach to Resilience which has been used successfully in workshops over the last 5 years. I enjoy co leading Resilience Reset workshops with Lisa Saunders for 5 years through Orchard House Partners
